The problem isn't awareness. It's access.

Prince George's County leads Maryland in new HIV diagnoses โ€” 194 in 2023. Baltimore City has the highest HIV rate in the state at 34.6 per 100,000 and the highest number of people living with HIV of any Maryland jurisdiction. Not because people don't care โ€” but because the systems meant to help are fragmented, difficult to navigate, and often ask for personal information people aren't ready to share.

๐Ÿ”€
Fragmented systems
Testing sites, prevention resources, and support services exist โ€” but they're scattered across dozens of websites, phone numbers, and offices. Most people give up before they get help.
๐Ÿฅ
Stigma as a barrier
Fear of judgment, loss of privacy, or being seen stops people from seeking testing or treatment. We remove every barrier technology can remove.
๐Ÿ“ฑ
Technology as the solution
Modern life is lived on phones. If we can meet people where they already are โ€” anonymously, instantly, at no cost โ€” we can change outcomes at scale.
๐Ÿ˜๏ธ
Community first, always
HIV Access Network exists to strengthen the organizations and communities doing this work โ€” not to replace them. We amplify what's already here.

A technology network โ€” not just a website.

HIV Access Network is a five-pillar public health technology platform. Every component is free for the public. Every tool is built privacy-first. Every feature addresses a real barrier people face right now.

Pillar 01
๐Ÿ”“
Empowerment Through Access
A "Choose Your Path" resource directory connecting people to testing, PrEP/PEP, treatment, care, and support โ€” anonymously, without creating an account or filling out a form.

Education & Awareness
A digital content ecosystem โ€” articles, short-form media, and community storytelling โ€” that normalizes conversations about HIV, prevention, and health equity without shame or fear.
Phase 2
Pillar 03
๐Ÿค
Community Mobilization
Tools helping community organizations coordinate outreach events, testing campaigns, and educational initiatives โ€” reducing administrative burden and increasing reach.
Phase 3
Pillar 04
๐Ÿง
Whole-Person Health
Resources addressing both the medical and emotional dimensions of HIV โ€” because stigma, anxiety, and misinformation are clinical barriers, not personal failures.
Phase 2
Pillar 05
โš™๏ธ
Economic Development for Organizations
Licensable technology tools that community organizations can use to strengthen their own operations. Revenue from these keeps all public resources permanently free.
Phase 3

Built in phases. Designed to scale.

We're launching in Prince George's County and Baltimore City โ€” Maryland's two HIV epicenters โ€” and building city by city toward a national network. Here's how we get there.

Phase 1 / MVP
Summer
2026
Launch in Prince George's County + Baltimore City
Deploy HIV Access Network simultaneously in Maryland's two highest HIV-burden jurisdictions. Resource Hub live in both cities. SMS Navigator operational. Medicaid Navigation Tool active ahead of the December 2026 deadline. QR codes distributed across 50+ community sites โ€” barbershops, clinics, churches, libraries, and community venues. Two cities. One platform. The replicable model proven.

Phase 2
2027
Expand to the Next High-Burden City
Using the replication playbook proven in Phase 1, deploy HIV Access Network in the next highest HIV-burden city in the United States. Each new city node requires approximately 20 minutes of configuration. The platform is built to go everywhere the need is greatest โ€” without proportional increases in cost or staff.

Third High-Burden City
City by city. Following the burden data wherever it leads. Each phase adds one high-burden city to the network โ€” building the infrastructure for a national public health utility that no single city has to build alone.

Your privacy is not a feature. It's the foundation.

The people who need help most often face the greatest risk from exposure. We built the entire network around one commitment: you should never have to risk your privacy to get care.

โœ“
No cookies or tracking pixels โ€” ever
We don't track your visit, your path through the site, or your clicks. Nothing.
โœ“
No forms, no logins, no accounts
You never enter your name, email, or any identifying information to access resources.
โœ“
No data collection of any kind
There is no database. Nothing to breach, sell, or share. That's by design, not coincidence.
โœ“
Always free. You are not the product.
We are funded through sponsorships and organizational licensing โ€” never by monetizing users.
๐Ÿ”’
Our Privacy Pledge

HIV Access Network will never collect, store, sell, or share personal information from the people it serves. Not now. Not ever. This is a non-negotiable commitment โ€” baked into the architecture, not just the policy.
